Gale Religion and Philosophy Thesaurus

The Gale Religion and Philosophy Thesaurus is a subset of the master Gale Humanities Thesaurus. This thesaurus includes subject areas related to world religions, religious law, religious occupations and organizations, rituals and symbolism, morality, philosophers, reasoning, and philosophical thought. All thesaural relationships (BT/NT, RT, USE/UF) are included, and some terms have scope notes. The thesaurus contains 2,364 preferred terms/concepts (2019) and is continually updated.

Gale Psychology Thesaurus

The Gale Psychology Thesaurus is a subset of the master Gale Social Sciences Thesaurus in the narrower domain of the study of the human psyche, emotions, reactions, mental processes, and individual behavior. Included are subdisciplines of psychology: psychopathology, human ecology, counseling, psychiatry, psychotherapy, peer counseling, sex therapy, child psychotherapy, and psychological disorders and treatments. All thesaural relationships (BT/NT, RT, USE/UF) are included, and some terms have scope notes.
